Machinist was unloading a Pivot Fitting Assembly from Makino [REDACTED].
What happened
Part slipped and caught the sharp edge of the part. He says he was wearing a protective glove but the gash is right above it. It happened when he was separating the two mated part on the fixture. Parts were pinned tight with the location holes and it takes wiggling it out of the pin to unload the part. Part is also on an angle and very easy to slip
