EE cut his upper forearm above the elbow while racking [REDACTED] sent team member to medical as soon as reported. EE was reaching for his drink that he stored on the top EOL conveyer that was not in use for the run while reaching the belt advanced sending a part toward him cutting his upper right forearm.
