What happened

Investigation [REDACTED] had arrived at our customer LWB in [REDACTED] and got out to open the back of his trailer. After rolling up the back flap he turned to walk back to his cab. He took one or two steps before slipping on the ice that was under the snow. He fell to his right side partially landing with is right forearm area first and straining his right shoulder.
