What happened
Delivery driver attempted to step out of delivery van. When right foot made contact with the ground - it rolled causing employee to lose balance and fall forward. Hitting head against railroad tie. This contact with railroad tie caused a laceration to scalp that required stitching. The rolled ankle caused a fracture to the Tibia bone in leg.
