As the [REDACTED] was going to tie corner of the plastic shroud his glasses fogged up and his foot wedged into the opening of blue floor pallet catching him off guard while he was falling his knee twisted he was able to catch and stable himself by grabbing the tote. This happened just before [REDACTED]s break. [REDACTED] reported to supervisor and provided first aid by putting cold packs and rested during break . As the shift progressed pain and swelling started to get worse. Almost before end of his shift [REDACTED] was brought to Olmstead Medical and seen immediately for knee pain
