Worker was OJT Training with trainer to unlock and ground TOFC units from railcars. Trainer was attempting to show worker how to unlock difficult hitches with a big bar and when the trainer swung the bar they missed their intended target and the end of the big bar struck the worker in the right hip causing pain.
