the Poly Pack machine experienced a small fire. The operator in the area immediately applied ABC fire extinguisher but the fire continued to reignite. As he and a few others came to assist with extinguishing the fire and removing the rolls stuck in the poly pack equipment one employee inhaled smoke and extinguisher agent causing dizziness and difficulty breathing.
