What happened
During the roll of [REDACTED] one billet from heat 032924 got stuck in the entry chute for 1 stand. EEs from the mill were trying to free it by using prybars as leverage while the reheat exit conveyor rolls were turning backwards. One of the EEs tried to pry the billet harder and suddenly the prybar was released causing the EE to lose balance and fall backwards. The EE tried for a second time but it resulted on falling backwards again but this time with the weight of the body fully supported on the left foot when trying to get balanced resulting on an injury in his left ankle after the fall
