Utilizing an overhead crane to lift a scrap metal dumpster.

The EE was hooking up the empty rod block skiff to the cut outs and holding the chain so the hook would not fall off when lifting. While he was going up with the crane the chain came tight quickly and his hand was smashed between the skiff and the chain.
