TM was walking along the back side of the [REDACTED] by the Non-Inventory section. Upon encountering the Non-Inventory Dock Stocker driver she turned to her right toward the non-inventory area inadvertently positioning herself near an angle iron. Unfortunately her foot became entangled with the angle iron resulting in a trip that caused her to fall onto her left knee and twist her back.
