Wrapping a pallet with plastic to load onto back of company vehicle.
What happened
While wrapping a pallet with plastic employee felt lower back pain and sat down for 5-10 minutes. Upon feeling better to resume work employee stood up to press the lift-gate button on the back of a truck with a colleague working behind him. Shortly after colleague heard employee say I just passed out as he was then sitting on the ground with no recollection of how he got there.
