EE alleges [REDACTED] while he was working in the produce area close to the cilantro and carrots he was cleaning the area and accidentally cut his hand against a piece of metal that was sticking out and when he was cleaning the cut he began to feel dizzy and he lost consciousness falling onto his left shoulder and hitting his left eyebrow causing pain and a cut to his left hand and pain to his left shoulder and left eyebrow.
