What happened
Maintenance EE entered the Line 7 freezer to clear the high alarm sensor. EE began walking toward the sensor on the first floor of the freezer and slipped. EE right leg lunged forward while their back leg stayed planted and their body performed a split. EE caught their body along the wall and was able to get back to their feet. EE was experiencing extreme pain on the posterior of his right thigh.
