[REDACTED] WAS GRABBING THE LAUNDRY FROM THE MRI SUITE. AS SHE WAS PULLING THE LAUNDRY OUT OF THE LAUDRY RECEPTACLE SHE CAUGHT HER TOE ON THE CORNER CAUSING HER TO LOSE BALANCE. SHE THE FELL INTO THE WALL HITTING THE LEFT SIDE OF HER FACE AND BUSTING IT OPEN.
