Strain to left wrist cause has not been determined at this time. Employee is complaining of shooting pain on left wrist that shoots down to middle finger as well as up towards elbow. Employee stated about mid-day on [REDACTED] she noticed the pain. Even though she was picking hand tools (<5 lbs. average) there was not an actual event that she could pinpoint as to when or what had happened. Sedgwick Clinical Consultation nurse took her information and instructed her to seek medical attention. She was sent to Concentra for evaluation
