Associate drove through the rytek door as it was coming down causing the bottom of the door to be ripped off and fall onto the associates head

On 7 8 24 approx 2222 reach truck operator went to enter the freezer through rytek door 13 the operator had to use the pull cord to open the door operator had to back up to reposition the MHE to enter at this time the door began to close the MHE operator continued to drive through when the door was half way down hitting hard enough to have the metal bottom bar on the door rip off fall and did hit the operator on the head Onsite nurse was not onsite at this time Ambulance was called
