Team member was performing pallet pick on stand-up reach RR16 When attempting to position his stand-up reach and traveling in reverse associate made contact with rack location and noticed the red safety halo light located on the overhead guardrail was tilted upward from contact with rack location

Team member reached with his left hand to adjust overhead red safety halo light with right hand still on multitask handle The stand-up reach moved in reverse resulting in team members left ring finger middle finger and index finger getting pinched between red safety halo light on overhead guard and rack location RP204B Team member obtained multiple lacerations on left hand and was taken to be seen by medical professionals
