Employee called his supervisor to advise him that a customer 's vehicle they had been looking for to conduct a repo was at their local AutoZone. The employee went to repo the vehicle and was approached by our customer with a handgun. The customer began beating him in the face with the handgun and proceeded to drag him across the road until the ambulance and police arrived.
