Crouched down and walked under a dumpster suspended by a powered industrial truck
What happened
IE walked under the dumpster as Forklift Operator was backing up. Neither one of them realized that the dumpster was not moving and the forklift was backing out from under the dumpster. As Forklift Operator was looking behind the lift and IE was under the dumpster Forklift Operator pulled the forks out from under the dumpster and it fell to the ground. The dumpster struck IE and came to rest on top of her legs. She was in a sitting position with her back against the trash belt.
