[REDACTED] was moving the saw-cut lengths of 2 steel square tube from the saw-cut area and carrying the tube lengths and stacking them onto saw horses staging them to be bundled for transport. At the time of injury [REDACTED] used the lower front part of his body to to help thrust the steel square tube into place on the stack which resulted in him smashing his [REDACTED] between the lengths of the cut tube.

The injury [REDACTED] sustained was a bruised and minor lacerated [REDACTED]. the laceration required 4 stitches. Post injury tests and examination proved no additional damage or injury was sustained.
