What happened
IE was working at the Boiler when he walked around the corner of the boiler and something went behind his safety glasses and went into his eye. He did not know if it was something that came from them cleaning out the boiler burner or if it was dust falling from the conveyor belt above. He told me that he did have on his safety glasses but whatever went into his eye came in from behind the glasses.
