I had just finished unjamming up a box that was blocking a sensor eye on the overhead conveyor

I was using a ladder to go up and clear out a box that was blocking an sensor eye on the conveyor. Once I was done and coming down the ladder I miss-stepped on one of the ladder rungs and fell to the ground

LT ARM-HUMERUS- FRACTURE; LT HIP CONTUSION - Using a platform ladder to clear out a jam on overhead conveyor. Once clear went to descend down ladder mis-stepped and missed one of the ladder rungs which caused him to fall landing on his left side.
