Employee alleges that while installing the air compressor of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and while bending with it on the hands the weight was too much and it slips causing him to hurt both shoulders and his back. He called Mr. [REDACTED] to help him finish with the installation of the compressor. After the installation was complete he rest for some time at the Maintenance shop. At that moment the employee didn 't went to the paramedics.
