What happened
[REDACTED] Driver was traveling [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] at the intersection of [REDACTED] As Driver approached the intersection he had a green light. Driver proceeded through the intersection as he did OV blew the red light traveling [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] at a very high rate of speed. Subsequently LRS Driver made contact with the erratically driven car causing Major damage to both vehicles. Witnesses on scene provided their information along with a description of what happened to both LRS and CPD.
