EE alleges she was driving a forklift all day and she was moving (up and down) her feet a lot on the pedal putting it on certain positions and pressing down and her feet began spasming hurting really bad and sore. EE alleges sometimes she could not walk and it gotten progressively worse. EE alleges she thinks she strained it or twisted it wrong. EE alleges her right foot was very swollen and her left foot was a little bit sore.ACCEPTED: Right foot ankle
