Employee came to work and started his delivery route knowing he was not feeling well. He made an appointment with Urgent Care at [REDACTED]. While at the appointment he fainted due to dehydration. He was given fluids and sent home. He did not let his manager know he was not feeling well and did not tell his manager he had an appointment at urgent care. Myself and another driver recovered the truck.
