[REDACTED] was working on tanks in the yard by prepping them for the scrap yard.

I stumbled and fell while working on removing valves from a tank. It happened in our bulk plant yard. Approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. The wrench I was using slipped off the valve as I was applying pressure on it which caused me to lose my balance and I fell to the ground onto my left arm shoulder. I was the only person involved.

Left shoulder and arm stated his bicep is sore and has pain in his shoulder when he lifts it past his chest height.

When the pipe slipped probably caused the injury to his bicep due the jolt from pulling and the fall to the ground caused injury to his shoulder due to the impact.
