What happened
[REDACTED] was removing a 1865 [REDACTED] DH weight of 62 LBS with tooling from the line in building 3. Placed bottom of the tank on the unloading cart when op went to remove hook from the conveyor the cart rolled. This made the tank shift and start to fall off the cart [REDACTED] reacted by grabbing tank and felt a pop in right arm.
