What happened

[REDACTED] was loading truck 34 with a pallet jack the pallet he was loading snagged a bungie cord that was stowing a plastic ramp plate to the side of the truck. [REDACTED] repositioned the jack and used his hand to free the cord and when he did the bungie cord broke free and the ramp plate swung back hitting him in the head resulting in a laceration on the left side of this forehead and a small cut above his left eye.
