EE was driving a forklift in reverse to stage a completed order in another room. EE was driving the forklift at a high rate of speed lost control of the direction of the forklift driving it towards a yellow post.

EE was not able to stop in time panicked and let go of the steering lever taking his hand outward and out of the forklift. At this point the forklift hit the yellow post and his finger got pinched between the forklift and yellow post.
