Before the incident
Employee was running filler 253 when he noticed he wasnt getting any cases to his filler.
What happened
Operator went upstairs to see why he wasnt getting any cases. He noticed a case was stuck at the divider for 251 253. When he went to retract the case his hand slipped off the case causing him to lose his balance and fall backwards. Operator stated he landed on an empty case and his left hand grabbed the toeboard to brace his fall.
