Before the incident
EE was pulling a 6ft food cart loaded with 350 lbs of dough on food trays from a cooler when one of the wheels from the cart fell into a hole left over from an old racking system which caused the rack to tip over onto the EE.
What happened
The 350 lbs of dough on the rack and the force pushing the EE back caused the EE head to hit the ground with force and the bottom of the food rack trapped the EE right leg under the rack.
Injury or illness
The EE sustained a laceration to the back of the scalp that required staples and some bruising to the forearm of the right arm and hand a contusion and a laceration to the front of the right leg that required stitches.
