Then on [REDACTED] the employee worked the first part of the shift. Then took a break. On the break she went to lay down on the couch in housekeeping. [REDACTED] then checked on her at [REDACTED] and thats when [REDACTED] decided to call the ambulance. They took her to the hospital and [REDACTED] we are being told she had a stroke.
