Picking Parts; [REDACTED] was picking parts in aisle [REDACTED]. She said was going up ladder # 84 while stepping from the third step to the fourth step the ladder moved forward. [REDACTED] grabbed the side of the ladder and turned to the left while falling backwards and landed on her left side on the floor. Her left side from her ribs to her hips was hurting her. An ambulance was called and the paramedics said there were no broken bones but bruising would occur. [REDACTED] declined to go to the hospital
