On August 05 2024 at approximately 10:30am Delia Gonzalez came to the office and notified her manager (Natalin Estrada that while doing scheduled overstock counts she tried to step on the pallet racking and she slipped and fell between the pallet racking and her stock picker. When she fell she hit her right elbow on the pallet racking and when she was trying to climb back onto her stock picker she hit the top of her head on the bottom of her pallet.
