What happened
After shower was completed resident had to have a bowel movement. Staff member provided a towel for the resident to stand on and hold on to the railing. Resident began to fall and to prevent the resident from hitting the sink staff member fell with them. Claim was denied due to this was outside of the scope of work for a Hospitality Aide
