The Employee came over to one of the clerks looking for two piecess she needed to complete a label she was packing. she turned around to show the clerks the garments she needed but did not see there was a rack with some garments next to the supervisor desk then she tripped on it falling down on her right side injuring not only the right side of her body but also her right forearm and leg.
