While he was watching the unloader unload the trailer the unloader was backing out with a pallet the pallet didn 't look very stable the associate thought the pallet was going to fall over on him which made him back up. While backing up he stepped onto an empty pallet causing his ankle to get caught between the slats of the pallet.
