What happened
EE was working as a push puller in the moguls. EE placed a pallet of trays onto the feeder. The next pallet advanced and the tray caught on the feeder causing the arms to knock the trays back into the pallet behind. This caused the pallet to tip and the EE tried to catch the statcks of trays as they were falling.
