What happened
Ranstad employee was building boxes on top of a loaded pallet of fiber boards using this area a table. A pallet jack was under the pallet of fiber board and not lowered to the floor. A RSC employee noticed the raised pallet went to the pallet jack and lowered the pallet to the floor without notifying the Ranstad employee. As a result the pallet was set down on the Ranstad employees foot.
