A Field Service Solutions employee was at a new home build site to repair a window with a broken pane. While removing the IGU and stepping down from a step stool a piece of broken glass fell from the IGU and struck the employee in the wrist. The employee was wearing cut level A4 sleeves and A4 gloves. The employee received a laceration of their right wrist on the palm side. The employee received stitches and was hospitalized to monitor care for the wound The employee was released from the hospital and was give days off work to recuperate heal.
