Before the incident
The employee was performing his normal warehouse duties cleaning the warehouse and lifting and arranging boxes.
What happened
He was arranging the boxes on the back wall of the warehouse and lifted a 40 pound box of trays measuring (25x 25x25) and placed them on top of two other boxes of the same product at a height of 54 or 6.4 ' and he felt that he hurt his left shoulder when lifting the box apparently it was a bad movement and he immediately came to tell us that he could not lift his arm above his shoulder and that it hurts a lot.
