Before the incident
Employee was moving a patient to the CT table the bed is electric and had to be plugged in. Employee lowered the bed moved and scanned the patient. When employee was done she started to move the patient back.

Employee grabbed the extension cord it sparked and burned my glove then employee dropped the extension cord and unplugged it and then moved it to the ground safely away from employee and patient
