Team Member was performing a labeler overhaul in the [REDACTED] plant by himself. As he went to reinstall one of the glue pots the unit slid off the supports as it was being bolted back in. The team member was working alone using his right-hand to screw in the bolts to the supports and the left hand holding the side of the base when the unit slipped off its mount.

The corner guard of the unit landed on his left palm causing a laceration.
