While performing his regular job duties the operator was in the process of lifting the roll-up door on Dock 1 when suddenly it got stuck going up. In an attempt to raise the door the operator applied more force causing the door to slingshot upwards. While trying to stop the door from opening too suddenly the operator ended up injuring his left hand cutting three of his fingers.
