What happened
She was pushing the hopper into alignment with her left hand on the upper body of the hopper and her right hand on a piece of stainless steel that is on the support shaft and contains a bump stop guide. Her right INDEX finger became pinched at the bump stop location and the momentum of the hopper severed the end of the finger inside her glove.
