What happened
Stepping off truck one foot on damaged truck cab step and one foot on the uneven ground didn 't realize the gravel was more loose than it looked he thought he was on stable ground when letting go of the truck. He stepped onto the ground with one foot he lost balance and the broken truck cab step sprung his other foot unexpectedly he fell backwards onto the ground.
