What happened
She had one sheave on the shaft and was attempting to put on the second sheave. The second sheave stopped at the beginning of the shaft and did not slide in to position. She used a dead blow hammer to tap the sheave causing it to fall in to place. Her ring finger on her left hand was caught between the sheaves when it fell in to place causing the end of her finger to bust open.
