[REDACTED] my back became tired and sore. I stopped doing this activity and my back became worse with sharp pain in the middle of my back around the L-1 to L-5 area. It became hard to stand straight for more than a few minutes before the sharp pain and aching would intensify. Before going home the [REDACTED] I filled out my injury report but thought I would get better over [REDACTED]. I 've had vacation and my back stayed the same and haven 't been back to work until [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. I worked the full 24 hour shift with a lot of pain and very slow movement staying off of my feet as much as possible. That [REDACTED] I had muscle cramps and all day [REDACTED]. I realized I 'm not fit for duty and need care.
