The employee was cutting chickens with the saw machine on the production floor. He picked up the chicken preparing to cut it with the saw machine directing it towards the blade. Whiledoing this a part of the chicken piece got stuck in the blade causing his hands to slip and connect with the blade causing him to cut an eighth of inch of his left thumb.
